Huh

Hi so I just listened for the first time to one of your podcasts, wanting to really hear what Laura Duncan had to say. In all honesty, it’s a limited time and I feel like the interviewer wastes so much time unnecessarily. Like I spent 40min of my life to listen to Laura but at least half that was the interviewer talking, why? I don’t understand, why have Laura come if you just want to talked about what you do in a session?

It's given me a language for emotion/feeling stuff

Wow this podcast is so vulnerable...Sometimes It's awkward listening, coz it feels like I'm eavesdropping on a conversation that is so private, hahaa
But! I learn so much about understanding myself and it's helped me relate to other people and, I find myself laughing along the way:)

The first few minutes are the best. No commercials.
