Inspiring and informative 💜

The Lissome podcast is not only a pleasure to listen to but it actually inspires you to be a better person than you were yesterday.
I started listening to this prior to joining the gym and it made me feel so welcome, like I already knew the coaches before I started.

Best way to compliment training

I love listening to the podcasts, the members are inspirational and I have learnt so much from the guest speakers. I love putting this on through the day as I am driving around, I always learn something new.
I feel like this is the best way to compliment my training, I have learnt the importance of mental strength as well as physical strength.
