Hit the nail on the head!
I had done years of therapy in forms of counselling and psychologists; as well as listened to endless podcasts and lectures on similar topics.
Marcia manages to not only simplify it, she manages to address the missing links on many topics as to why people don’t succeed and highlights aspects that are core components - that when putting these strategies in place are ‘make or break’, when it comes to either producing results, or potentially going around circles.
Marcia addresses the missing link and key that many teachers/coaches miss when it comes to educating people how to successfully grow and succeed using these tools.
I feel the episodes I’ve listened to so far, have represented her ability to ‘bridge the gap’ between, ‘sink, or swim.’
I’m so excited, as I know in my heart, soul & mind; that I will achieve more through her podcasts, academy and coaching than I ever did in years of therapy… which eventually left me avoidant and still attached to a ‘victim’ mind-set that doesn’t belong to me.
I praise God for women like Marcia, God is using her to help, heal, empower, inspire and lead others to step into their God given identity, having the tools, confidence and direction to have faith in the path God has for them, while supporting them in the constructive ways of stepping into that purpose.
Helping people defeat the enemy within, which can hold them back, as well as teach them how to harness their light with confidence and direction.. is one powerful way to light up the world and create more love, vulnerability, creativity, authenticity, awareness and healing.

I listen to Marcia’s show religiously! I eagerly look forward to her podcast every week. Every topic is so interesting and relevant to all aspects of life! So far my favourite podcast is the strengths and weaknesses of extroverts and introverts! I got so many gold nuggets from that podcast. I especially loved her answering my question about choosing the right path for career and life. I highly recommend her podcast to anyone who is wanting to grow their mindset and emotional intelligence! She is an incredible communicator and I love how she empowers woman from all backgrounds. It’s truly incredible ❤️
