GI Karl ,

So informative

Thank you so much for such a great podcast! I had been doing a mindfulness course online & decided to search for a mindfulness podcast & found yours & I’m so glad I did - I have been listening for about 6 months now & I enjoy it so much! Your openness in sharing personal experiences has really helped me relate & apply your advice & tips in my own life. Since listening to your show, I have discovered I also am an introvert & I always thought it was a flaw but now I know this is not the case! Your podcast is an absolute goldmine for me & even though I am fairly new to practicing mindfulness it has helped me in so many ways - thanks again Rachael 😊

New to podcasts

Thanks so much for the time you have taken to talk to me this is how it feels I am in my sixties never knew what a podcast was until a friend mentioned it to me as my husband of over 45 years recently died then we had the bushfires in east Gippsland and I was locked in my town then came Covid I have known my husband since I was 15 so to suddenly have no one else to talk with has been overwhelming for me but when I listen to you I am calm and get practical tips to start my day or help me fall into calmness at night thanks so much Lynne

One episode and you’re hooked.

This is the first podcast I have ever listened to and haven’t looked back. Rachael not only gets to the point but gives you mindful activities to try on your own. Her voice is so soothing and engaging which helps you to focus on what she is saying.
During lockdown this podcast has helped me get through the tough times when I feel myself caving in. They go for a prefect amount of time so if you don’t have enough time during the day you can squeeze an episode in before bed! Rachael also covers a large variety of ideas and issues you might have where mindfulness can help. 100% worth a listen.
