I came across The Mindful Kind when trying to find podcasts on mindfulness. I immediately loved listening to these amazing podcasts and Rachael’s beautiful calm voice and wonderful tips.
I’ve recently been experiencing anxiety after having my first baby a year ago and learning to practice mindfulness has helped me so much.
Finding this podcast has helped me so much, even just looking forward to each new episode makes me so happy.

Mindful kind

The Mindful Kind has resonated with me so much, to the point where I wake up looking forward to listening. I walk my dog each morning and Rachael’s voice is so calming. Everything she says has meaning and really resonates with me. I have been implementing mindful strategies for years but these strategies but am reminded to make a habit out of using these strategies each day. Thank you Rachael!
