    MKH Juice:

    1 small knob of ginger

    1/2 lemon (peeled)

    2 celery stalks

    handful of spinach

    200ml of coconut water (or H20 Tiernan style)

    1/2 cup ice cubes



    Method:

    Blitz in the blender until (semi) smooth. Chunky bits aren't so bad.
