Our genes expect us to be fit, lean and healthy and by adopting the diet, lifestyle and behaviours of our hunter gather ancestors we can thrive once again as humans.
The ancestral man podcast is about getting this information out to the everyday man, about reprogramming their genes to express what nature intended to become exceptional, physical human specimens.
We want to help the everyday man thrive through discussions on how to eat better, sleep more soundly, be more active, less stressed to become a better person, parent, partner and human.
