    This month's podcast topic really came out of me noticing that journaling isn't something that comes easily or naturally to many people. If you are a client of mine you will know that this is something we talk about in every session, I am always asking you to be journaling and usually giving you a topic to journal about for your homework.

    I also noticed that our inner child can sometimes get in the way if we don't give her or him a good reason for why we are doing something and in this case journaling.
