Feels like catching up with a friend ❤️
I’ve been meaning to rate Sam’s podcast for a while now! I really appreciate listening to the personal stories from Sams life and the techniques, tools and tips she uses on her personal growth journey. I’ve joined PGSD and I love listening to the podcast and engaging with the PGSD content cause they go really well together👌
Some of the episodes are so relatable/suit my current situation so closely that I can’t help but laugh and feel like she’s talking directly to me.
The podcast makes me feel less alone and more connected to a community of listeners who understand what it feels like to have perfectionistic thoughts/behaviours🥰
Love the content of this podcast but find it really difficult to get through because of all the swallowing and saliva noises.
Thanks for the great advice though!
So helpful and so relateable!
Sam first blew my mind when I heard her epic conversation as a guest on Kathrin Zenkina's podcast.
Since then she's my most listened to podcast. The things Sam shares are simple, easily applicable and she knows just what to say to get you to really stop and think about how you can apply what she's saying to your life rather than just taking it in as knowledge. I love how transparent she is about her own journey. It makes me think if things are possible for her, they are possible for me too. Keep up the fantastic work Sam!! 🙏
