    Victor Ahipene: Hi Team. Congratulations. You’ve made it to the final day and I’m super excited to be sharing with you a system that I’ve developed that fits into the speak to sell model and that is called the story selling. Now, a lot of you would have heard about story telling and experienced that over the years and you go, Hey, what’s the difference these two things? There was a very slight difference, but the result is huge. It’s the difference between generating revenue from your presentations or getting a nice pat on the back after your presentation and that’s what I want to take you through today. This fits into my whole speak to sell presentation framework that I’m going to show you as well throughout this. You’re definitely going to want to stick around. Now, the big difference between say story telling and story selling is as humans we don’t like to be told what to do. We want to be taken in a journey and feel like we discovered the solution for ourselves.     Victor Ahipene: Hi Team. Welcome to day four of the speak to sell a video series. We’ve already set up the foundations of our speaking career, so to speak. And so we’ve got our unique branded speaking system to move, spit it out, how we can package and position ourselves as an authority in our particular niche and then figure figured out what type of speaker you are. So I hope you’re starting to get some clarity around all of this because what we’re going to do now is put the skeletons together of what your presentation may look like. Now, this is something that has taken me 18 years from when I was first up there, stuttering and stumbling and shaking my way through my first ever presentation at the age of 13 to five years later being a qualified public speaking teacher. And then combining that with my ultrapreneur flare and learning how to sell from the stage, whether that be online, offline, or anything in between. So what I want to take you through today, and this, this formula, this proven formula is where I call my public speaking blueprint. And it is something that regardless of you decide to go down the uh, consultant side of things. If you want to run your own workshops, if you’re looking to do more in the online space, if you’re looking to be a sales presenter or even a keynote presenter, this what I’m going to show you is going to be absolutely imperative to that.     I often speak to aspiring entrepreneurs, business owners or celebrities and they have tunnel vision with regards to the type of platforms they want to speak from eg. Keynote presentations, corporate training etc.
    That is until they see what the back end opportunities are from each type of delivery….
    They almost all change their approach once I introduce them to what I call my ‘Trojan Horse Strategy’.

    Victor Ahipene: Hey team, welcome to day three. Let’s keep this momentum going. We have just hit the halfway mark and hopefully you’re starting to see you differently. We’ll by the end of today, the power of speaking from stages and what it can do for you as your brand, your business, whether you’re starting out or you’re looking to scale and take things and your message and your impact to a whole new level. So I think this is really gonna open your eyes because what are you going to learn over the coming session is just exactly the five different types of stages that you can speak from. But not only that, I’m going to give you a behind the curtain, look at the different types of income you can make, speaking from these different stages. And I’m going to give you case study examples of different people out there in the trenches doing it right now. And I’m going to take you through each of them, how they do it, but also the authority that they have built up in a particular space to be able to get onto these different, uh, these different platforms. So without further ado, let’s jump into it. The five different stages. Yeah. Once we have our authority built up. The first one is your keynote presentation. So I’m just going to give you a brief overview of them before we actually jump into the case study, which will give you a bit more of an idea. So the first one is the keynote presentation and this is probably the one that I get the most, uh, inquiries about in regards to students wanting to share their message, talk about their business, talk about things that they think they can help others with in the keynote presentation form, which is great. And I mean that the income that you’d be looking at as kind of a minimum of say $1,000 for a 30 to 90 minute presentation, uh, all the way up to, uh, 10 50, $100,000 depending on your authority within your particular space. The next being the sales presenter, we’ll actually, we’ll go back one step with the keynote presentation side of things. You, you occasionally, uh, maybe ask to or offer to, uh, give a breakout session which allows you to go into a bit more depth in your area of expertise or what you’ve, you’ve spoken on, you may have given them that that broad taste of your over all speaking system, your supermodel speaking system and you might go deeper into one branch of that and your breakout sessions and that is your end can be, can be really, really great for showing that you can not only give that overarching view but that you’ve got some depth and some in some substance. The sales presenter side of things is generally the complete flip side. So keynote presentations, you are, well, this is the commonly held myths that I want to dispel. Keynote presentations are you are paid and you’re expected to not pitch from stage sales presentations. You’re generally not paid and you will give the event organizer 50% of any sales that you make.     Victor Ahipene: Hey team, welcome to day two of the speak to sell video series. I really hope you’ve had a chance to work out your supermodel speaking system is it really sits that foundation to build up your speaking career and to be able to position yourself to be able to get onto stages. So what we’re going to be working on today is how you can package up some of the, uh, some of the accolades that you have been able to achieve throughout and within your industry that are going to allow for social proof and social markers for different key individuals and the first key individual that you’re going to be wanting to build your authority up for event organizers. So what you’ve got to understand is when there’s an event that event organizers looking for speakers and there’s a lot of them out there and when they’re looking for a speaker, there’s a huge risk on them. If they get a bad speaker, it’s a reflection not only on you as a bad speaker but also them as an event organizer and a lot of event organizers are very, very tight and talk to each other. On the flip side, if you’re a good, uh, if you are a good speaker, a good presenter, a good trainer, you are going to reflect well onto the event organizer and are going to spread the spread the gospel of what a great speaker you are, which is what we ideally want. If you haven’t got a warm lead into these event, different event organizers, you’re going to have to have enough or authority to de-risked this. And so I’ve developed a start or authority ecosystem where you can find out the things that you have and start packaging them together. So when you’re out there pitching these different stages and reaching out to these different people that you have your authority ecosystem set up and you’ll see why it’s an ecosystem. As we get further through today’s training. The second group of key individuals that you want to build your authority out for is of course your audience. If you had two identical people sharing the same message and one had say, being featured in the media or had written a book or had created their own supermodel speaker system versus someone just presenting it as per usual, your message is going to get a few, have positioned yourself as an authority that’s going to get through to their audience a lot better. Reason being as your audience is listening and they’re sitting there and they’re going, is this person worthy of teaching me? Look, you’re already authority being in front of them, but they’re saying, is this person or does this person have the required qualifications? And it doesn’t have to be formal qualifications or the or the authority to be able to speak on this particular thing.
    And if they say yes, well that’s one barrier broken down for them to maybe decide to use products or your services. We’ll take the first course of action towards whatever change you are putting out there. So let’s jump into this. The star authority ecosystem. So each letter in the word star makes up a different strand of authority that you can build up in the first lesson. We’ve already touched on it a speaking, so just being up on a stage puts you, usually you’re elevated to everybody else and that is automatically going to position you as an authority. You’ve

    Victor Ahipene: Hi team! Victor Ahipene here, and I’m super excited to have you on this five day video speak to cell challenge over the next five days. The aim is to take you from where ever you are in your business currently to where you want to be and if there’s more leads, more revenue or freeing up more time, then I’m here to show you that the speak to sell methodology is the vehicle to be able to get you there. You see a lot of us look to try and recreate the wheel though. These shiny things, new marketing avenues, new social media platforms, all these different things that we see our competitors and compatriots using. Look, what I’m here to tell you is that public speaking is the highest paid method out of any of them as the highest paid industry in the world. There’s not many other places that I can think of where you can make seven figures from a 60 to 90 minute presentation and I’m going to pull back the numbers later in the week on a speaker who made three point $6 million in a 90 minute presentation and look, I’m not saying that’s going to be you at the end of this week. What I’m saying is what would a $10,000 a hundred thousand dollar or yeah, $500,000 presentation mean to your business. For a lot of businesses, they wouldn’t be able to handle 3.6 million versus worth of new business coming in tomorrow. So they’ve got to have those structures sit up. But four, you know, one of my students, he generated six figures from his first presentation from stage having never spoken in front of an audience before and that’s exactly what I want from you. It’s an everyday business owner now with extraordinary results. We’ve all been in those conferences in the past and we’ve seen that speaker who’s just bought us to death of either turn to 45 degrees and they are reading off PowerPoint slides. They’ve got cue cards or they’ve got big A4 piece of paper that they’re reading of. Look, if that’s you, saves me some time. If I’m in the audience, email me your slides. I can probably read them quicker than you can present. What I want to show you over the coming days as a way that you can position and package up your ideas and your expertise to get you onto the ideal stages in front of your ideal audience. Look, I’ve made six figure presentations in front of three people. You can do the exact same. It doesn’t have to be auditoriums full of of raving crazy people who have come to to see the biggest and brightest names in the world. It can be a small room of 3,10 20,30 people that can create your six figure presentation. And so what we’re going to do once we have packaged up your expertise and we’re going to begin with that today, is then we’re going to show you the stages that you can potentially get on this five different types of stages that a lot of people under estimate or don’t think about. They’ve got, they’ve got blinders on and they say, I want to be a keynote presenter, or I want to be a workshop trainer, and what I’m going to show you, which I’ve never revealed outside of my one-to-one private students, is my Trojan horse method and this is what tunes four or five figure presentations and to six and multiple, six bigger presentations and it doesn’t involve any more outreach or marketi

    Elisa Hays: Thank you very much. Happy to be here.
    Victor Ahipene: If, let me have a bit of a background. How did you get into speaking around? It’s kind of got their own story on, on the turning point. Yeah. Yeah. We don’t all just go, oh, I might be a public speaker where I’d go up. Did it all kind of come about for you?
    Elisa Hays: Uh, it was Doug Carver, eighth grade teacher. Actually I, I took a, in middle school I took a beginning public speaking class. I don’t even remember why I was super nervous and super nerdy. Um, I did one speech and then he came up to me afterwards. He said, you know, I would really like for you to transfer to the advanced class and I’d like for you to audition for the play. Will you do that for me? And be in the advanced acting class as well. And so I said, um, okay. And he pretty much set the direction for the rest of my life. I was 13 years old.
    Victor Ahipene: And how did that transitioning into the professional realm?
    Elisa Hays: Well I, I did public speaking throughout competitively throughout high school and college won trophies all over the country of, which was great. I also did theater and then went on to get a fine arts degree in theater performance. And ultimately as an actor it’s actually really hard to earn a living. So I, I fell into doing some other work in children’s theater actually and ultimately through a whole big long story that we don’t have time for. That led me to doing a one woman show devoted to helping kids build their confidence and self esteem in front of an audience of adults and helping the adults to let loose their imagination and loosen their grip on uh, being stern and stiff and very professionally presented and to actually lighten up and play and use their imagination because that’s how creative things get done.
    Victor Ahipene: Nice. And through through that, how, what was your steps to being able to I guess, grow that side of the business? Like I mean for a lot of speakers that I speak to me, they usually get a group one together. You can and you might have a few shoots that you work with and you apply them and maybe they’re friends and all the parents come along and the units that, okay, well that whole same or have been able to put out how do I, my advantage, the tight day to the next level.
