Insightful series

Good series - very insightful, but the host seems to cut off Dr Rama at times. Would be better to just let him talk before contributing.

Very accessible and practical advice!

Love these podcasts keep them coming. I am going to try the clear veggie broth for three weeks and see what happens.

Difficult to follow

Not sure if this podcast is for those who have already studied Ayurveda but I found to extremely difficult to follow (and I have a good basic knowledge on Ayurveda) I really wanted to like this so I tried to listen to three different episodes but couldn’t listen more than half way through. Leslie (who I understand is a trained Ayurvedic practitioner) doesn’t seem to know too much and seems to constantly questions Rama to try and understand the conversation...maybe I’m missing the point of this podcast?
Please don’t misunderstand this review, but maybe it would be good to preface the podcast that it’s for those who have studied/are studying Ayurveda.
