Wonderful!
Excellent podcast. The softly spoken, pleasant style of all the hosts makes you feel calm and inspires confidence to deal with whatever it is you’re struggling with.
Great information and brilliantly presented.
Amazing
I love these podcasts! They’re super interesting and genuinely make me think, but they’re also fun and easy to listen to. Possibly one of my favourite podcast series ever.
Helpful, insightful podcast but Ellen Hendrickson needs to chill
Helpful and easy to listen podcast that offers useful tips on mental health.
Especially like when Jade Wu delivers the podcast, she speaks in a genuine and relaxed way.
Unfortunately I can’t say the same for Ellen Hendrickson. Her voice doesn’t match the content she is delivering and she uses way too many unnecessary cringe-worthy references / puns. It feels like she’s reading a book to a child, over emphasising words and just really dramatising mental health. Chill out Ellen please!
