The Sexual Wellness Sessions
The Sexual Wellness Sessions Podcast is a series of interviews hosted by Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist Kate Moyle. So many of these conversations about sex and relationships are happening behind the therapy room door; and Kate wants to bring them into the mainstream so that sexual wellbeing can get the attention it deserves. This series of interviews is about changing narratives, challenging beliefs, breaking away from feelings of shame and helping people to normalise talking about sex and relationships; all of which can get in the way of people having the sex lives and relationships that they want. These discussions are about opening up the conversation, and showing the normality of an imperfect sex life and exploring themes such as desire, fantasies, sexual difficulties, relationship models, mindful sex and more, with a series of guests and experts from the sexual wellness space. What’s not to love about this INCREDIBLE podcast?!

I've been an avid listener of The Sexual Wellness Sessions Podcast and I hugely admire Kate's work! Kate is honest, relatebable, informed, and her guests are equally engaging. So, to be invited on as a guest was, well, incredible to say the least. This was probably one of the most honest, heartfelt and liberating conversations I've ever had about my work and advocacy with MRKH, and I attribute this to Kate's boundless empathy, knowledge and belief that everyone has the right to feel included and heard. Kate, you're phenomenal and I wish you every bit of continued success with the podcast.. and your BOOK (I am a proud owner of that, too!). Thank you for everything you do!
