    We all have smartphones, they do everything for us. They are so smart they have made us dumb and they are affecting our lives.

    In a 2019 study, it was reported that we spend on average 4.2 hour a day on our phones, which was increase of 30% on the  2 years prior. A study completed in February 2021 respondents said on spend on average 5-6 hours a day on their phones with some admitting this wasn’t including work related use.

    I made some changes to my morning and evening routine and introduced new daily habits so I can now ditch my phone (not completely) but for a few extra hours a week.  Listen for  my 7 steps to ditching your phone…

    Winning the war with myself #75hard

    Winning the war with myself, Why I am doing #75hard?

    Because I’m figuring out how to master mental toughness & develop the skills needed to take complete control of my life so I can be successful in anything I do.

    After 6 years in business I started doubting myself, I was in a funk, I was going to give my business up.

    I realised that the root cause of all of my problems was not addressed by any existing program or book.

    Because the REAL PROBLEM I had was a lack of mental toughness & discipline.

    That's when I decided to take matters into my own hands ...

    I am doing the #75hard challenge because in 75 days I want to look in the mirror and be proud, be happy, I want to say this is the best thing I ever did. Its not a fitness challenge - its discipline, self control, confidence, self worth, grit, and consistency.

    I wanted something to up-level all aspects of my life.

    Here’s the challenge:


    Follow a diet. And commit to it - no alcohol or “cheat meals".
    Work out twice a day for at least 45 minutes. One of these workouts must be an outdoor session.
    Drink 4 litres of water per day.
    Read 10 pages of nonfiction a day.
    Take progress photos every day

    No one checks up on you. You are coaching and discipling yourself.

    In 75 days I will be the best version of me.

    Ok, so we are all guilty of laying around a lot over the last 18 months and admit it, for a lot of us, the only exercise we got was walking to the fridge for snacks.

    Coming out of a pandemic we are either chunks or hunks so here's some tips on getting back into fitness after Covid.
