A Pleasant Surprise
I’m really enjoying this podcast. It’s a more thoughtful take in that Dr Adam is quite familiar with the subject having actually watched the whole show and read the book. He can speak about the early days from the perspective of having seen the current situation. I like the gentle snark because it’s based on fact not unadulterated vitriol. It’s also enhanced by his expertise in human behaviour.
The background details in the scenes are always interesting too, but I would urge the doctor to not be afraid to comment on their appearance; it’s one of the fans’ favourite topics!
Could have been good
Enjoyed the content at first, which is largely descriptive scenes with some interpretation.
Unfortunately the host’s narcissism is on display - he constantly talks about himself which is odd at first but gets annoying pretty fast.
