A lovely way to fall asleep
The sleepy bookshelf provides exactly the right amount of interest to stop my mind from wandering but is also so soothing and relaxing that it gets me to sleep faster than any other podcast

Thoroughly enjoying Elizabeth bringing each character to life in her wonderful reading of this story . I do fall asleep before the end but I just try again and again ……
Thankyou!
When I first started listening I would get through lots of episodes before I fell asleep, now I can’t get through 10 minutes. Thankyou, this really helped me sleep well at night!
