This isn't some Motivational show, though; it's a roomful of mates and the odd celebrity guest having a chat about the entertainment industry, LA and their lives, enjoying each other's company, and that's what makes it so great - you feel like you're invited in to hang out with them, another friend whose company is appreciated. While nothing is off limits, nothing is brought in purely to shock or titilate. It's a bunch of folks being honest and relaxed around each other.

Even when show captain Keven Undergaro delivers some knowledge to his crew of millennials, the warmth, humour and openness about his onw history make you want to listen. You feel privileged to be part of it, even if you're miles and hours away, listening on your headphones.
