Sisters Codex Episode *update*
7 Aug
I’m a big fan of this podcast. It’s normally full of great information and has best interest of the community at heart. This episode was a massive miss for me. Just an hour of complaining about a change in points that was needed to make sure an overpowered codex didn’t unbalance the competitive scene. You know what…GW got it pretty close so far. Week one and a 52% tournament win rate and 2 event wins (meta Mondays). Surely that’s good enough for a start. I’m sure if there are units or detachments not being played they can change pts moving forward. Spare a thought for those with less dominant rules on release that took half an edition to get some love. As a Custodes player, we took a massive hit on the codex release too. I’ve had to change my play style and list construction. I was determined to make this a fun learning experience and gain more skills along the way. With more balanced rules my games are more interactive for my opponents and because of that I’m having a far better time myself. Sisters at first glance look to be the in a good place. They are just not the same army full of cheap trading pieces and your going to have to play them differently. Perhaps this episode should have taken that approach! Get back to your positive approach and I’ll give you 5 stars next time. *Update* Great bounce back on the Deathguard episode with Aiden. Positive and useful information. Back to 5 stars gents.
So informative!!

Terrific set of shows on the 10th Edition Datacards - really helped me understand some of the most interesting units, combo’s, different play styles etc - and it was a really nice twist to have some different guests on the Podcast that really know their army like the Sisters guy Mike? Having returned to Warhammer after more then 10 years your reviews have helped me massively to catch up on all the changes learn a bit about all the different Armies and be more efficient with my list building and approach to general gameplay. Great group of passionate Gamers, spreading and excellent message on the positives of good sportsmanship and the enjoyment of playing the game. Also the American blokes intros are great. Kind regards M.Younger
