I love these podcasts! Melina and Mel are the perfect mix - I love Melina’s honesty and energy and I love hearing Mel’s experiences gained through her work as a social worker and mum of teenagers. All the issues are so relevant to all mothers at various stages of motherhood. This is literally the only podcast series I listen to! Many thanks!
Seasons of Motherhood
I Loved the ideas you both shared Melissa and Melina about self care x I am a mamma of 3 boys under six as well so it was refreshing to hear that when your kids are in the toddler ages it can seem like winter where you are huddling down and that this season will pass and transition into another one : ) I so enjoyed listening to you xx
Even after this first podcast I can tell this is going to help so many women out there!! Love you 2!! 🙌🏻💕😙 Can’t was to hear more!!
