A must play to learn about your cycle

I just discovered Jemalee’s podcast a week ago and I learned much more in just one week than I ever did in 29 years as a woman so far.
I absolutely recommend that podcast to anyone who’s curious about woman’s cycle and wants to hear refreshing, clever and new way of talking about periods. Absolutely love it !

Balancing bodies ,

A podcast all women should hear

Jema dives deep into all of the topics that all women should talk about, but most women don’t. The way she explores it with all of the different guests is to relatable, educational and inspiring. Thanks Jema! Xx
