A gift to women❤️
I have just discovered this podcast and find it interesting, entertaining and informative. Aussie too! Yay! Love it. Thank you for all you do. To empower women in taking health in their own hands instead of the status quo of doctor/patient.
Thank you Jema!
So thankful to have found Jema’s podcast and website. It has helped me so much with understanding my cycle and why it’s so important to track it. I’ve also been to her workshops - Jema’s energy is so inspiring! She is very knowledgeable, makes you feel comfortable to ask any question, and just a lovely person to be around.
A must play to learn about your cycle
I just discovered Jemalee’s podcast a week ago and I learned much more in just one week than I ever did in 29 years as a woman so far.
I absolutely recommend that podcast to anyone who’s curious about woman’s cycle and wants to hear refreshing, clever and new way of talking about periods. Absolutely love it !
