Love the new format (although miss the old as well) as you talk about day to day big issues that are happening in the wider community of Australia (which affect all of us whether we think it will or not) and topics that not everyone has the time to research or understand.
Thank you for helping spread the important health messages, especially those that are too overwhelming to comprehend and explaining those that we don’t realise are important to all of us but in fact are. With your reviews we can take some control because knowledge is power and it’s in a 10-15 min podcasts. 💕🙏

Learning so Much!

After years of suspecting my many ailments could be rooted from food and processed rubbish, it’s refreshing to hear from people who have proven this be so with the appropriate general medicine backgrounds and absolute knowledge of the function of our bodies. I’m intrigued. I’m learning. And I’m determined to live a better life. I just needed the tools to know where to start and to trust in myself that what we are preached to consume, is not doing me any good. I just cannot thank you enough!
