Think Act Be - very practical

To Dr. Seth - I discovered your podcast through my subscription to the newsletter of Dr Alice Boyes. I find the topics you cover are very practical and applicable to day to day life. I appreciate how the conversations cover both the science behind the topic but also how to translate that to something helpful in daily living (e.g. creating master lists). I also want to say that I find your voice very soothing and gentle given the complexity of topics you cover (e.g. depression, CBT). I also appreciate how in your podcast you are really engaging/conversing with your guests, i.e. it doesn't sound scripted to me. Thank you for this podcast!
