This week we are super excited to be joined by Dietitian, Chloe McLeod. Chloe shares with us a wealth of knowledge about why some endurance athletes (and people in general) may struggle to lose weight. We look at the importance of not only what you eat but when you eat it and discuss some of the biggest mistakes Chloe sees people making. We then get stuck into a number of questions we had sent through. There is information about supplements, which ones are worth taking and how to use them. We discuss some alternatives to sugary soft drinks. Chloe provides us with some good healthy snack ideas as well as information about why men and women may struggle with weight loss in different ways.
Unfortunately we had to record this episode without Robo because Tim was running late for the recording and then we lost the original file 45 min in. But this is a really great episode with some fantastic information! We hope you enjoy!
