We all face low points in life. Some of us are unhappy with our body and sometimes the training can be too hard or you're too tired. Other people may struggle with food and eating well and sometimes when we race things don't always go to plan. We have both experienced all of this so we share some of our low points and try and give some tips on how to deal with them that worked for both of us.
