Today Tyler unpacks Philippians 2:5-11 - It's one of the most beautiful passages in all of Scripture!
Paul was convinced that Christ would be highly honoured in his body, no matter whether he lived or died. His confidence is stunning, and it came from his rock solid belief that Christ had already been highly honoured by God the Father. That right now, the Jesus who once hung on a cross, lay buried in a tomb, was now seated at the right hand of God.
Paul's confidence is our confidence. Christ is risen, exalted, seated at the right hand of glory. And one day we'll be with Him. So the life well lived is a life lived in light of that glorious future reality.
