Having suffered silently with depression for a number of years I found the best way out was by looking in. So began a quest to improve my mental state through consistent action, habit changes and science. By the latter I don't mean I started cooking meth.
I'm interested in people, their passions and what daily habits they use to ensure
a balanced mental health. My conversations are light hearted, but often shine a light on insightful tools and behaviours that we can all learn from. I combine my friends' knowledge with my own experiences to help others in helping themselves.
