    19. Lindsay Mitchell: on brain re-training and nervous system regulation.

I am SO excited to be bringing you this episode!
Nervous system regulation and brain re-training is something I’ve been interested in for a long time, so when Lindsay Mitchell agreed to come on to talk ALL things nervous system, I was ecstatic!

Lindsay Mitchell is the founder of Vital-Side, a membership program that empowers those with chronic illness and limbic system impairment to retrain their brain out of the chronic stress response so they can get relief from their symptoms and find freedom in their lives. Her training in medicine as a physician assistant, work as an NLP practitioner, and experience having recovered from Lyme disease makes her uniquely qualified to assist others in learning how to shift their response and experience positive changes to their symptoms.

Everyone can regulate their nervous system and so everyone has something to learn from this ep. Lindsay also shares a special promo code for all Touching Base listeners (!) you just need to listen to this ep to redeem it.
I know you’re going to love it as much as I did!

    17. Cass Dunn: on overcoming imposter syndrome.

    17. Cass Dunn: on overcoming imposter syndrome.

This week’s guest interview is completely and utterly surreal for me.
I have been a long time follower and listener of Cass Dunn’s incredible podcast ‘Crappy to Happy’, so when she said yes to being interviewed on MY podcast, it felt like a dream!!
Cass is a Clinical & Coaching Psychologist and mindfulness meditation teacher with over 20 years of experience as both a therapist and coach. She is passionate about providing people with the tools they need to live happier, more meaningful and inspired lives. Through her podcast, books and online programs, she encourages others to find their personal power and overcome mental and emotional blocks so that they can achieve anything and truly live their happiest and most fulfilling life.
On this episode she shares her expertise on imposter syndrome. Something I am constantly asked about in my work. And funnily enough, I used to share Cass’s podcast episode on the topic with previous 1:1 clients. So this conversation was a complete full circle moment. I know you are going to love it! Please share with anyone in your network who might benefit.
