What Never Missing A Workout Can Get You | Doug Gailey

Doug Gailey has been nicknamed Mr.100 - as in 100% - because he literally never misses a workout on TeamTrainiac.com.  Doug is an age-grouper who, only a few years ago, couldn't swim more than just a side-stroke.  But a total commitment to his workouts has shown what consistency can do:  he's not only a comfortable, capable swimmer, he's put down great 70.3 race times, and looking forward to continued improvements when racing resumes again!

Triathlon Goodness

Great podcast full of entertaining and educational triathlon goodness! Highly recommend to anyone interested in the wonderful world of triathlon especially those just starting out and wondering where on earth to begin...

Good except the host talks about himself too much!

Some good interviews and interesting segments... however it is a drag listening to Taren talk about himself so much. Mate, let your interview subjects tell the stories and keep the spotlight off yourself a bit!

Thanks Taren

Love your work.
Podcasts, YouTube, email subscription with training drills.
This is really helping with my training and motivation.
Particularly love the inclusion of AC/DC thunderstruck in the workout playlist. Good to see an Aussie band made the cut. Always seems to kick in you need it.
Keep it up.
