Who Remembers the Razor Blades on Waterslides Urban Myth?
We're going back to Yvie's teenage years when the urban myth of someone sticking razor blades in waterslides was doing the rounds. Plus Yvie was getting accused of doing things that she didn't do and talks about how frustrating that was as a teenager not being listened to when you'e telling the truth. And we answer a She-Mail (obviously anyone can write in, we don't discriminate) from a listener who's not sure what the best thing to do for her older dog is. Of course we've got a great Useful Fact for you!

Melinda Willis: “If Being a Strong Powerful Woman Makes Me the Villain… Then So Be It.
Melinda Willis was a part of the cast of Season 10 of Married at First Sight Australia where she found love with her now partner Layton.
But Mel is also a CEO and an entrepreneur running two businesses before she left to find love on reality TV.
Mel and Yvie chat about Mel's upbringing and her attitude towards the experiment was influenced by her 3 brothers.
Plus Mel thought she'd be the villain on her season for speaking the truth, and her feeling that Harrison's edit was actually a good one.
And how social media played a part in her imposter syndrome.
Stay tuned for Part 2 which will drop next week where Mel will be telling her side of the story on what really happened at the Logies.

Nikki Britton on Self Confidence and Authenticity in Comedy
Comedian and actor Nikki Britton stops by to chat with Yvie (AKA Oprah) this week, and yes they end in tears talking about their dogs... but they're only human right?
Nikki shares how she's still learning from younger Gen Z women in the industry when it comes to self confidence and also what words of wisdom she would give her 20 year old self.
Plus, how did she get into comedy, what typecasting she's experienced in her career and also how does she handle relationships, dating and the prospect of having kids at 40.
Lastly, Yvie + Nikki speak about their saviours and their fur children.. Their dogs. And yes it does get emotional - we love it.

We Need To Be Talking About Perimenopause
When was the last time you spoke to someone about menopause? Or even asked your Mum or an aunty or someone who's been through it before?
Personally, we don't think we're talking about it enough... So Yvie's changing that today! She's talking about her experience and symptoms she has, as well as some treatments and studies she's found! Plus we answer a Fe-mail (everyone is allowed to write in obviously, no excluding here) about a Dr who isn't as sex-positive as we'd like. Feel free to DM Yvie directly or email us at twogirls@novapodcasts.com.au Lastly, Useless/ Useful Facts is back and we're taking it to the Big Wigs!

This should be on repeat as it was short, factual and on point.
Thanks Yvie you are talking about the topics we need to hear. Keep talking
Melinda who?
I acknowledge she has accomplished a lot with her business but the gushing isn’t really necessary, she was on MAFS, didn’t save the world.
Just dance!!
I literally just stop dancing to listen to your latest podcast! You always make me smile.
Thanks you Yvie 😍
