Following a contentious and polarized presidential race, large protests were predicted in New York City on Election Day. However, as no clear winner was declared by evening, anticipated hot spots like Union Square remained quieter than expected.
Our reporter Hayley Zhao spoke with those who showed up about who they voted for and why they decided to come out and protest on election night.
