While Kristen is just starting in the world of coaching, she is incredibly passionate about Neuroplasticity. Kristen is a great example of how sometimes, despite what we have been grown up to believe is right for us, does simply not feel right at all. After graduating from University and starting a career in the corporate world, Kristen realised that she was in the wrong place, so against everything she has always thought to be conventional, she decided to listen to her intuition and QUIT her job!
