Not A Mum

Hi Jen,

I’m not a Mum. I don’t have anybody depending on me or even pressuring me to behave any certain way but your podcasts have really impacted my life in such a wonderful way! I’m only 23 but I have struggled. I’ve struggled with depression and crippling anxiety. I’ve been my own victim of expectation.

Thanks to your podcasts, I have learned to accept myself and not spend my energy trying to please others. I now have the confidence to leave my home and just be ME. Now I am a home owner and happily engaged to the love of my life!
