Beautiful uplifting podcast
Jen, you are a fantastic listener and really have the best way of asking all the right questions of your interviews. Thank you, I love tuning in and always come away more knowledgeable, more aware, more vibrant and happier! Thank you.
I found me 💜
I found the Vibrant Happy Woman podcast about 18 months ago, and I give it full credit in helping me in my self help journey of finding out who I really was & becoming the best version of me. Not only for me but for my hubby & kids. I suffered anxiety for years before kids, then suffered PND with 2 of my 3 children. Between your podcast, meditation, journaling & EFT (just starting on this), I feel truely healed, my heart full of love & light. And I thank you Jen for helping me get to where I am today.
Not A Mum
I’m not a Mum. I don’t have anybody depending on me or even pressuring me to behave any certain way but your podcasts have really impacted my life in such a wonderful way! I’m only 23 but I have struggled. I’ve struggled with depression and crippling anxiety. I’ve been my own victim of expectation.
Thanks to your podcasts, I have learned to accept myself and not spend my energy trying to please others. I now have the confidence to leave my home and just be ME. Now I am a home owner and happily engaged to the love of my life!
So thank you! From the bottom of my heart. Thank you.
