Vicky Kuriel may well not be to popular with mainstream dietitians or Dietitians Association of Australia. She's ok with that, in fact, she figured out very early on in her studies that something just didn't taste right (pun intended). Vicky is part of what I believe to be a part of the dietary revolution, whereby there's a little less extremism in prescription and viewpoints and advice and guidance is driven by science, patience and wait for it.....common sense.
