At last ! The psychological aspect of weightloss

I listen to many podcasts but this is the first time I’ve ever reviewed one. Thank goodness I found Cookie’s podcast.
I’ve been struggling with weight (Covid, losing my Dad, menopause) and must have started a new diet 6 times in the last year.
I’m finally starting to understand why I’m failing, why I’m eating, and how to overcome my “all or nothing” mentality. I’m not there yet but have been listening to back episodes over the last few weeks which have led to a few “a-ha” moments.
Thank you Cookie for finally showing me why I’ve been struggling.
