The go to fitness podcast for everyone

Fitness podcasts are not my thing which is why it is a HUGE compliment to say that I absolutely love this show. I recommend it to everyone, because I think it is really important people get to hear Sam, Layla’s and Mikey’s take on health and wellness which is real and contains no bullsh*t
