Great podcast for all runners

I’m not training for marathon, I’ve actually only been running for 6 months. A lot of the information in the podcast is applicable to runners of all levels. I really enjoy the guests, so many inspirational and motivational people. And Amy is just so likeable, I wait weekly for a new episode

Good for everyone

I enjoyed this podcast. Although a bloke, I enjoyed it, I learnt from it, and I was motivated it. Running knows no gender, we are all equal on the road, and this podcast will keep me running. I hope it doesn’t stop after 42 km.
