    47. Medication for anxiety w/ Dr Warren Kane, Psychiatrist & MD

When it comes to medication for anxiety, or any mental health condition, it can be difficult to make a decision that feels right. A human and compassionate look at anxiety from an ACT perspective

I’ve just started listening to this podcast from episode 1 after it was recommended to me, and I would like to recommend it to others. A human and compassionate look into living with anxiety from an ACT perspective, filled with a interesting mix of wisdom, advice and experience from a range of experts, those with lived experience, and both. Well done to all those involved in bringing this together to help others on their journey.
