They’re not wrong
If you don’t like this pod, either: a) you’re too Serious and need to embrace your Silly Side. b) you don’t recognise that politics permeates everything (especially disasters) and are mad when smart and funny people call out some BS. c) you aren’t interested in engineering disasters.
Yay Liam!
WTYP was in my Spotify recommendations kinda randomly and I thought, oh long episodes and the hosts have nice sounding voices so this will be a good fall asleep half-listening to podcast for me - was instantly proved wrong, they’re too funny and the topics are too interesting so I will just stay awake listening rather than sleeping. It’s really so good. I’ve learned so much about trains, against my will. Also I like the news section and everyone who complains about that should get a grip
Love it!
This is such a great podcast that I signed up to Patreon to subscribe. Everyone is so good on this, guests included, and the slides are super fun too. I like how interesting and approachable the topics are, even for non-engineers like myself. Thank you for making my days better!
