So far we’ve spent a few episodes looking at different aspects of who we are as human beings, so this episode we’re unpacking what we are. 
 
So, what are we? We’re more than our bodies, our flesh and blood, but we’re instructed to look after our souls and our minds. What does the bible have to say about all of this? Where do we start?
