Just what I needed

Very good information.
Presented in a fun and friendly way.
It’s like sitting around a dining room table have a cuppa with your best mates.

It’s OK

Weird gratuitous swearing sometimes and pretty unclear messaging at times but put in 5 stars for putting forward a positive message.

Audio quality also not great, you can sometimes hear traffic in the background and stuff.

These girls are a breath of fresh air!

Just finished the first season, and I have to say these girls have opened my eyes, and the diet glasses will be off forever! I know I still have a lot to learn but feel like I’m finally changing my attitude to diet culture for the better!
