Thanks for helping change the conversation

Thankyou! As a recovering anorexic/under eater over exerciser to learning to just eat foods I like it’s harder than ever living in a culture where diets are celebrated and being thinner means you’ve somehow won. It takes guts to choose to change the conversation thanks for helping give strength and showing the truth of what commenting on people’s bodies can mean. Much appreciated as I go gently gently

Best podcast

Absolutely love this podcast. Found it today and haven’t stopped listening! So many of the podcasts are super relatable, which is scary but also comforting. Looking forward to listening to this podcast on a regular basis and bettering my relationship with food and training thanks to the girls and Becky! xx

This podcast combines honesty and education and it’s still super entertaining! I’ve learnt so much without feeling talked down to or like I’m being sent round in circles. My fave podcast atm, I listen almost every day.
