Jen is a non-executive Director of Qudos Bank and Surfing NSW, an Alumni Advisory Board Member to the UNSW Business School, and a NSW Divisional Councillor with CPA Australia.She is the former Chair and board member of Peer Support Australia. She is also the CEO and Executive Director of Women in Banking and Finance where she is focused on growing and promoting the talent pipeline of women across the industry.
