Hey Hey! What's going on everybody!
I know things have been super crazy lately and you haven't heard a whole lot from me, Well thats because i have been working on some major things and putting together some exiting new projects to help everyone. Except things are about to get a whole lot better!!
To say I've been busy is an understatement.
I'm excited to start showing everyone what I've been working on for the last year.
Here's a list of things coming.
You know, just in case you were curious what a serial entrepreneur is capable of lol.
Deal Bell - I'm building the most badass team here. We should be out of Beta testing by mid-late July. If you're an investor you will want to join this platform early as we already have the next 5 phases of the software planned out. Credit Level Data, List Stacking, a CRM built by local and virtual investors for investors, and Followup MACHINE!
Underground Authority Challenge - Each month I'm teaching hundreds of agents, investors, wholesalers, and business owners how to increase their leads, profits, and brand awareness using free and extremely cheap resources for only $100. I'm having a lot of fun with this challenge and the responses have been phenominal!
PowerCircles - I built this tool to better manage, tag, and filter my friends list inside of Facebook. It's taken a life of its own and will be in Beta by the end of this month!
Cash Homes AL - I will be moving to Gulf Shores / Orange Beach area in August where my partner and I will be buying and flipping properties. I am in the process of acquiring a 1400 sqft office at the Wharf in Orange Beach!! Lots of exciting news on this front with more information to come soon.
I am also still buying in the Hattiesburg area
FLIPS - I currently have two flips going on at the moment. One in Purvis, MS and one in Silverhill, AL
Realtors License - I'm about 40% through with my pre-licensing exam and will be officially getting my license in the state of Alabama. More info on that to come on why I'm getting my license and what I plan on doing with it moving forward to come soon.
Wholesale Hackers Mastermind - Jorie and I are working diligently to launch Wholesale Hackers Mastermind 3.0. Over the years this group has grown into one of the top real estate investing networks around. We host weekly masterminds with our community, bring in special guests, cold calling sessions, deal breakdowns, and will be adding at least 1-2 more weekly calls for everyone in the group. Stay tuned for that announcement on our new mastermind structure and how you can get in.
EVENTS!!! I am so excited to announce that I am working on an event in December with a very good friend and 7 figure flipper. Seats will be extremely limited and the event will be in Austin, TX. More details on that coming very very soon.
I know I've been quiet the last few months. I am coming out from the shadows after a few months of building and you'll be seeing a lot more of me than ever before. Whether you like it or not.
