As an older woman who has embraced fitness later in life, I am loving all of the information, support and motivation that you get from these interviews. Still learning how to interpret my Whoop strap but I’m loving the journey. Thank you.

Was good until the strap failed

This was a great product and a great podcast. But unfortunately the strap has failed and there is absolutely no support to get it fixed. ☹️

Wow this is an awesome podcast and the guests are great. I’ve never learnt so much about health, fitness and recovery - now I’ve grown a super interest in how to recover better. Can’t stop listening and reading the resources!
