Why you don’t have to choose between a family or your career Fertility Unfiltered

    • Sexuality

For far too long, reproductive health has been filled with taboos and stigmas, making it harder to take care of our own bodies. That’s why we’ve started the podcast series ‘Fertility Unfiltered’, in partnership with Genea– to help people learn more about reproductive health topics from health experts. We’re creating a safe space for conversations around fertility, ranging from the possibility of parenthood, seeking guidance on reproductive health and even the science behind conception.
In our fifth episode, we speak to Emma Walsh, the founder of Parents at Work–Australia’s first dedicated return-to-work service for parents– about the importance of open conversations for working parents. We also hear from the head of diversity and inclusion at QBE Insurance, Catherine McNair, on how the organisation is leading the dial with a family friendly workplace.
