Having some time of my own. It’s a beautiful way of getting to know yourself as you listen to your inner voice and connect. And it’s a great opportunity to let yourself be inspired by new dreams, goals and ideas. I often call my morning walk ‘my $1m dollar walk’ and people laugh. But the truth is, on my walks is when I come up with most of my big ideas. Creative ideas. Product ideas. Content ideas. Dreams I want to work on for myself, my family and for the world. Ideas for solving challenges… I could go on.Most of us can walk regardless of level of fitness or any health-related issues. Dream life journal

I just wanted to say that the Dream Life Journal has changed my life. I was a burnt out teacher/school principal after 30 years. Too young to retire but unable to go on anymore in Eduction by the end of 2020. My daughter took me through the Dream Life Journal and by answering the questions I was able to identity the steps to turn my life around. 2021/2022 have been the best years of my life and all thanks to the Journal!
