Your Greatest Potential - The Brain Game Krush Performance

    • Sport

The one area that holds the greatest potential for pushing your performance forward is the brain.

Your brain is kind of like a computer:

· You have the hardware, the brain, the nervous system, the organs, and the feedback look that makes up the structure of the system.

· Then, you have the software, the attributes, and traits that make up the individual. Things like personality, attitude, decision making, approach, perception, or decision making, and many more.

· Then, you have critical periods of development, neuroplasticity, and brain energetics…..how we learn!

We are in what may very well be one of the most exciting times in human development.

On this week’s episode of Krush Performance, we begin to put it all together by looking at how it all works and how we can influence this unseen part of human performance we are calling it “The Brain Game” with Krush favorite clinical neuropsychologist and professor at the University of Alberta, Dr. Martin Mrazik.
