Whatever your reason for traveling to Sandpoint has brought you here on a fortuitous day, for it is the day of the long anticipated Swallowtail Festival! For five years, the faithful of Sandpoint have been without their temple - destroyed in a horrendous fire causing loss of life, property, and hope. Now, though, the new cathedral is finally complete - All that remains is to renew the site's blessings from the gods and the folk of the small town can put the recent unpleasantness behind them.
Merchant tents hawking wares of everything from food and clothes to local crafts and souvenirs line the square in front of the new church. Amusements and games are being put up for all to enjoy. Some of the Acolytes of the six deities of Sandpoint are performing a puppet show - an account of how Desna first fell to earth.
The morning is yours, there are people to meet, things to do, and adventures to be had. What do you do?
