The King's chosen complete a horrifying and grisly task for Charley Antonucci. In return, they are led to the mysterious figure known as the Sommelier, and finally enter the Whisper Labyrinth. Carcosa awaits.

The chosen explore the Hotel Broadalbin and its strange, seemingly endless hallways. Along the way, they meet dramatis personae both old and new alike, and an odd elevator operator comes to them with an even more unusual request.

The King in Yellow's chosen plot their next course of action. After returning to where it all began, they find themselves pursued through time, space, and sanity by the specters of former Delta Green operatives. The Hotel Broadalbin awaits.
