In this week's episode, I chat about all things friendships, reciprocity, love languages & taking yourself on dates!

Navigating friendships as well as discerning when it might be a good time to let a friendship go can be hard at any age, however, as someone living in their early 20s, I feel like this isn't a conversation that's had all that much! Social media alongside films and TV shows like 'Friends' set the tone of what society thinks friendships *should* look like, and that can feel like a LOT of pressure, so I want to challenge that!

Whatever space you're in now, I just want to remind you that you are so loved, needed, and wanted!
