Hi I'm Stephie - my Australian Hair Industry career began in 1989 and since then I have acquired a B.A. in Communication Design, a Grad. Cert. in Project Management and in 2015, I began my Professional Coaching journey, passionately focused on all things Personal Development. It was being a Hairdresser that inspired me to first become a Coach so I wanted to share this podcast from the perspective of where it all began...in the chair, listening to others.
