    Episode 6- Hiba Siddiqui

In Episode 6 of the Positive Dreams Project we have Hiba on,

"I am a 19 year old Indian girl who loves physical fitness, nutrition, and health. I was a competitive swimmer all four years of high school and now I weight lift in the gym. I am currently studying for a personal trainer certification so that I can work group fitness classes in gyms and represent Indian women in a positive and fierce light. In Indian culture, physical health is not deemed as being important, but I have been trying to break that barrier and advocate for physical health, especially for women. Women are sort of expected to fulfill traditional household roles."
